This notice covers partob.com and its storefront storage, including cookies, local storage and browser caches.
Partob uses cookies and similar technologies to operate its online store, protect your interaction with us and, when you choose, remember recently viewed products. This policy explains what is stored, why it is used, who provides it and how you can control it.
1. About cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. They can be sent back to the website on later requests, for example to keep you signed in or maintain your shopping cart. First-party storage is used by Partob; third-party services are identified separately below.
Session cookies normally last for the browsing session, although browser session-restore settings may preserve them. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them. Local storage can remain without an automatic expiry; session storage belongs to a browser tab. Browser caches keep copies of website resources to help pages load.
These technologies may contain identifiers or relate to your activity and are not necessarily anonymous. In this policy, references to cookies also cover the similar storage technologies described in the tables.
2. What Partob uses and why
Necessary storage supports the website and services you request, such as signing in, using your cart, completing checkout and submitting protected forms. Optional storage is disabled by default and is used only after you actively accept the relevant purpose. Continuing to browse, scrolling or ignoring the banner is not consent.
The tables identify Partob’s own storage as Partob.com and distinguish each use by its purpose and duration. Not every item is used on every visit: some depend on signing in, using checkout or completing a security check.
Necessary
Supports sign-in, shopping cart, checkout recovery, security and remembering your privacy choice. These uses are not for advertising.

Statistics
Allows Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure page views and engagement using pseudonymous browser and session identifiers. It starts only after you allow Statistics and your choice is recorded. Refusing does not affect shopping.

Marketing
Controls permission for marketing measurement through Google Tag Manager. No advertising service is currently configured. Before adding one, we will update this notice and ask for your consent again.
3. Third-party services
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. On our storefront, Turnstile starts when you submit a protected login, registration, password-reset or contact form. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser or connection signals to distinguish people from bots. It may also issue security clearance storage, depending on the challenge and configuration; a Turnstile check does not mean a clearance cookie is always created. These security functions are separate from optional analytics or advertising.
Google Tag Manager loads other services only after you allow Statistics or Marketing and your choice has been recorded. Google Analytics 4 requires Statistics permission separately: allowing Marketing alone does not enable Analytics. No advertising tags are configured. Permission does not authorise undisclosed future services.
With Statistics permission, Google Analytics 4 receives page views, engagement and browser or device information to help us understand use of the storefront. Its cookies contain pseudonymous browser and session identifiers; this is not a claim of anonymity. Our page-view integration removes arbitrary query strings, URL fragments and private account or order references. It does not send form contents, email addresses or purchase contents. You can withdraw Statistics permission through Cookies in the footer.
Loading Google Tag Manager still makes a request to Google. Google describes standard request logs and diagnostics in its documentation; it states that standard HTTP request logs are deleted within 14 days. Provider processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. The linked notices explain the providers’ processing and applicable transfer safeguards; contact us for information about our use of these services.
4. Accepting, refusing and changing your choice
You can use the banner or cookie settings to make a choice. Necessary remains enabled; Preferences, Statistics and Marketing are optional and start switched off.
- Accept all: allow the optional purposes described in the current notice.
- Reject all: keep only necessary uses. You can still browse, sign in and shop.
- Manage preferences: choose categories individually and select Save preferences.
- Change or withdraw: open Cookies in the footer, switch off the relevant categories and save, or choose Reject all.
5. How long information is kept
Your browser remembers a saved choice for 182 days. We may ask again if that choice expires, you clear your browser data or the purposes materially change. This browser preference is separate from the server record used to document a choice.
The tables give the retention rule for each use. Recently viewed history holds the latest 30 products without an automatic time limit and is removed when you withdraw Preferences or clear browser data. Some necessary local storage also has no automatic expiry; it is cleared by the relevant shopping workflow or by removing browser data.
The 365-day period below is Partob’s retention setting for consent records, not a general legal requirement for all cookies. It runs from first receipt of each record; replaying the same record does not extend it. Old notice versions may be retained separately without a visitor’s choice record.
We keep a random consent reference, the time and categories of your choice, and the notice version for up to 365 days to document privacy choices. This record is not linked by this feature to your account or email. Optional features remain off if the record cannot be saved.
6. Withdrawal and browser controls
Withdrawing a category stops its optional uses. Withdrawing Preferences removes recently viewed history. Reducing Statistics or Marketing permissions may reload the page to stop previously loaded services; save unfinished forms first. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out before it took effect.
You can also use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, cart or checkout functions from working. Clearing your choice makes us ask again; settings are specific to a browser and device and are not automatically shared through your customer account.
Our controls remove optional storage they manage. Cookies on another provider’s domain may need to be removed through your browser or that provider’s tools. Deleting browser data does not itself delete records already held on a server; contact us if you want to make a data-rights request.
7. Privacy questions and your rights
Where information associated with cookies is personal data, applicable data-protection rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to their legal conditions. You can withdraw cookie consent through the controls above without contacting us.
For questions about this policy, third-party processing or a request concerning your data, contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred; in Spain this is the AEPD.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this notice when our storage, purposes or providers change. The version at the top identifies the notice you are reading. Before introducing a new optional service or a material change of purpose, we will update the information and request a new choice where consent is required. An earlier acceptance is not blanket permission for future tracking.
