1. About these terms
These Terms & conditions explain the basis on which you may use partob.com and order from Partob. In these terms, “Partob”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website; “you” means the person or business using it or placing an order.
Partob supplies the repair industry with replacement parts, accessories, repair tools, electronics and devices, together with sourcing and other services. Our website is intended primarily for business purchasing. If you act for a business, you must have authority to place orders on its behalf.
Please read these terms with the product information and any specific conditions presented before you order. Keep a copy for your records. A separately agreed written quotation may set specific conditions for that transaction. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
2. Accounts and your details
Provide accurate, current information when registering, ordering or contacting us, including the billing and delivery details needed to fulfil your order. We may request information to verify a business account or an order. Keep your account details up to date.
Protect your sign-in details and limit access to authorised users. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or an order you did not approve. We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, a security issue or misuse, while preserving your rights relating to existing orders.
3. Products and compatibility
Check the product description, model compatibility, specifications, quality designation, colour and condition before ordering. Products for similar device names may have different connectors, sizes or functions. Contact us before purchase if the information does not resolve a compatibility question.
Images help illustrate a product, but packaging and colour appearance may vary. Any material feature or condition described for the item forms part of the purchase information. A replacement part is not represented as an original manufacturer part unless the listing expressly identifies it as such.
Parts and repair tools should be handled and installed by people with appropriate skills, equipment and safety knowledge. Follow relevant handling instructions, protect against electrostatic discharge and take particular care with batteries. Back up device data before repair where possible.
4. Orders and availability
Review your items, quantities, delivery details and order total before submitting an order. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. An automatic message acknowledging receipt of an order does not, by itself, confirm that every item is available or that payment has cleared. Acceptance is confirmed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch it, subject to any mandatory rules that apply.
If a stock issue, material pricing error or other problem prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Amounts paid for items we cannot supply will be refunded.
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Our ability to change an order depends on its processing and dispatch status; any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
5. Prices, VAT and charges
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website. Check the tax information alongside a price and in checkout: product prices marked as excluding VAT do not include applicable VAT or shipping costs. The order summary shows the discounts, taxes and delivery charges calculated for the details you provide before payment.
Tax treatment depends on the transaction, destination and information supplied. A tax number or business account does not automatically establish eligibility for tax exemption. For cross-border deliveries, any import duties, clearance charges or taxes payable separately depend on the destination and delivery terms agreed for your order.
Prices and offers may change for future purchases. An agreed order price is not changed simply because a later price or promotion is different. Currency conversion and charges imposed separately by your bank or payment provider are governed by that provider’s terms.
6. Bundle discount and offers
Bundle discount is a quantity discount covering all product categories, including sale products. Quantities are counted for the same product or the same variant in your cart; different products or variants are not pooled to reach a tier. The highest qualifying tier applies to the eligible quantity. The standard tiers are:
| Quantity of the same product or variant | Bundle discount |
|---|---|
| 5–9 pieces | 1% |
| 10–24 pieces | 2% |
| 25–49 pieces | 3% |
| 50–99 pieces | 4% |
| 100+ pieces | 5% |
The discount is calculated automatically in your cart. VAT and shipping costs are not part of the amount discounted. Product-page selections and estimates do not replace the final cart and checkout calculation.
Bundle discount can be combined with eligible category offers and other promotions. Percentage discounts apply successively to the remaining eligible price, rather than being added together. For example, a €100 eligible amount reduced by 20%, then by 5%, becomes €76 before VAT and shipping. This is a combined reduction of 24%. Rounding is applied when order totals are calculated.
Any eligibility conditions, dates, usage limits or combination restrictions attached to a particular offer apply as shown before purchase. Check the applied offers in your cart. A cancellation or return may require an adjustment to a discount that depended on the original qualifying purchase, without reducing any refund required by law.
7. Parts cashback and credit
Cashback applies only to eligible products in the Parts category. It is calculated from their final eligible value after all applicable discounts, excluding VAT and shipping. Other categories do not earn Parts cashback, even when they qualify for Bundle discount.
The cashback rate and eligibility shown for your account or offer apply to the order. For example, at a 5% cashback rate, €95 of eligible Parts after discounts earns €4.75. The calculation is not based on the higher amount before discounts.
Cashback is awarded as Partob Rewards account credit for future eligible purchases, rather than as an immediate reduction to the order being placed. A displayed estimate is not an available credit balance. Awards and adjustments are reflected in your account when the applicable order conditions are met.
Cancelled, refunded or otherwise ineligible purchases may result in a corresponding reward adjustment. Any existing credit used at checkout and any new reward earned are shown separately. Reward credit does not replace a refund you are legally entitled to receive.
8. Payment
Use one of the payment methods offered for your order at checkout, and only use a method you are authorised to use. Payment processing may involve authentication or other checks by the payment provider. An order may remain on hold while payment or verification is pending.
Any separately agreed payment or account-credit terms will be communicated for the relevant order. Payment authorisation alone does not guarantee product availability. If a payment fails or appears to have been taken more than once, contact us with the order reference before placing a duplicate order.
9. Shipping and delivery
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for the products and destination. Orders are prepared after the necessary order and payment checks. Delivery estimates distinguish preparation from carrier transit and are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Material delays, substitutions or changes that add a charge will be communicated and agreed where required.
Provide complete delivery details and contact us promptly to request a correction. Address changes after dispatch depend on the carrier. For a missing, incorrect or damaged delivery, provide the order reference, affected items and useful photographs or tracking details, and keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Prompt reporting does not remove mandatory rights.
Cross-border charges and responsibility during transport follow the agreed delivery terms and applicable law. Batteries and restricted items may require special transport arrangements. The Shipping page provides the detailed process; mandatory delivery, cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
10. Cancellations and returns
These policies concern B2B purchases for professional purposes, governed by the sales contract and applicable sales law. Consumer-specific rights under Directive 2011/83/EU generally do not apply to such purchases. The CISG may apply to qualifying international sales; citing it here does not select or exclude it. Contract terms remain subject to rules that cannot be excluded and to the actual legal status of the transaction. The Returns and Warranty pages provide the legal references.
Standard business returns, including batteries, must be registered through the online RMA process within 90 calendar days of the order being marked Completed. The percentage is recorded at submission: up to and including day 30, 100%; days 31–60, 70%; days 61–90, 50%. No standard return is accepted after day 90. The percentage applies to the original amount paid for the approved returned quantity after discounts, including any VAT paid on that amount. Original order delivery charges are not refunded.
Products must have been purchased from Partob, remain part of its stocked product range, and be complete and undamaged with their original packaging and Partob identification codes. Customer or end-user damage and products that do not meet these conditions may result in rejection. Register the products, quantities and reason, then follow the RMA instructions and dispatch within five working days of receiving them.
The buyer pays shipping to Partob. If the returned products or parcel fail inspection and do not meet the return policy, the buyer also pays the cost of shipping them back. Submitting an RMA or obtaining permission to send goods does not guarantee a refund. Rejected or incorrectly sent goods are held for up to three months while return is arranged; the buyer should request their return in writing.
When the approved return is completed, the total approved refund is credited directly to the customer’s Partob Credit account. The original Partob Rewards Credit for the approved returned quantity is reversed in full through a separate adjustment, even for a 70% or 50% refund, without deducting an already reversed reward again. The account balance reflects both transactions. The standard return policy does not determine the coverage of a separate warranty claim. See the Returns page for the full process.
11. Warranty and product issues
Commercial warranty cover and duration follow the conditions supplied with the specific product or order. Eligible defects on arrival or during the stated warranty period can be reported for assessment. The 90-day standard return window does not automatically determine warranty coverage or the remedy for a covered defect.
Check compatibility and test parts before final installation. Report a fault through the account RMA process with the order reference, affected product and quantity, symptoms, installation status and useful photographs or test results. If an order is unavailable in the online form or a warranty extends beyond its 90-day return window, contact Partob directly. A provisional RMA amount or permission to send goods is not final claim approval.
Inspection may be required. Customer or end-user damage, including broken screens, liquid or impact damage, installation damage and scratches, falls outside standard commercial cover. Misuse, unauthorised modification and wear are excluded where outside the stated warranty. Send identifiable Partob products with original packaging and relevant components, following the RMA and safe transport instructions.
The buyer pays shipping to Partob under the standard commercial RMA process and shipping back for rejected products or parcels, subject to different arrangements stated in the applicable product warranty. Standard RMA handling follows the Returns policy, including dispatch within five working days of instructions and a target of five working days for assessment after receipt. Rejected or incorrectly sent goods are held for up to three months while their return is arranged.
The applicable product warranty determines the available repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. If the case is settled as a standard return, the 90-day window and 100%/70%/50% refund tiers apply, including to batteries. Approved completed return refunds enter Partob Credit and the original Rewards for approved returned quantities are reversed in full, without duplicate deductions. A different remedy provided by the product warranty remains available; a repair or replacement is not automatically a refunded return. See the Warranty and Returns pages for the full process.
12. Sourcing and other services
For sourcing, OEM-related work, custom orders or other services, the agreed quotation or service description sets out the scope, specifications, price, lead time and any approval or payment stages. An enquiry alone does not commit either party to a service.
Confirm technical requirements and your authority to use any branding, designs or materials you supply. Material changes to the agreed scope, costs or timing require agreement. Cancellation and return conditions for customised goods or services must be explained before you commit and remain subject to applicable law.
13. Website use and ownership
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to access another account, bypass security, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or misuse promotional and account features. We may take proportionate steps to protect the website and its users against such activity.
Partob’s website content, branding and design are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and retain information for normal purchasing and record-keeping purposes. Reuse beyond what the law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use to identify a product or compatibility does not, by itself, indicate affiliation, sponsorship or manufacturer authorisation. External links and services are subject to their own terms.
14. Responsibility and disruptions
We take reasonable care with website information and services, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control. Contact us if an error affects an order or an important product detail.
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where events outside a party’s reasonable control affect performance, that party should notify the other and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. A disruption does not remove rights to a refund or other remedies where the law requires them.
15. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled for accounts, orders and support. Our Cookie policy explains cookies and similar technologies and how to manage your choices. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics or marketing cookies.
16. Questions, disputes and updates
For questions or a complaint, contact our team using the details below. Include the relevant order reference and a short explanation of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter and contact you about the next steps.
The law and courts applicable to a transaction are determined by the relevant legal rules and any valid agreement for that transaction. These terms do not require mandatory private arbitration or remove any right to bring a claim, obtain independent advice or contact a competent authority.
We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The date above identifies this version. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without agreement, except where the law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
